After Sales Service
A supporting pillar for the success of project S & P is the reliable, high quality, on schedule work of its service sector. To avoid cost-intensive machine failures, and to maintain or restore
the operability of technical production plants, we offer you a diverse range of service capabilities.
Repairs, conversions and overhauls:
The project After-Sales Service Team offers electrical and mechanical repairs, conversions of all types as well as overhauls of your machines and equipment, either in Kranenburg or at your site.
This applies to both project and other brand machines and also includes test runs and transfer of responsibility to the customer.
Maintenance:
For regular equipment maintenance we offer protection agreements that, along with regular care of machine hardware, may include the use of our Digital Teleservice.
This special diagnostic tool reduces machine downtime and minimizes the need for spare parts.
Spare parts and consumable parts:
Smooth and prompt delivery of commonly used spare and consumable parts ensures maximum production. At the very least, we recommend spare parts packages to minimize machine downtime but
it is also prudent to have consumable parts packages on hand as well.
When required, customers can replace these parts themselves on-site, without loss of valuable production time.

We are available around the clock to assist you.
Training:
We train your staff in the professional operation and maintenance of our machines.
Teleservice:
This service allows us to diagnose customer control systems through the telephone line or Internet by connecting on-site production machines to project A&E headquarters.
Using the Teleservice, it is possible to:
- Swiftly diagnose malfunctions
- Offer support for the electrician, mechanic or operator on-site/li>
- Simply update of your software
